Customers who do not agree must not use crivblouse.com or purchase clothing products from HongKong Gaojinshi Limited.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed at checkout. Customers must pay all charges using an accepted payment method. Customers are responsible for taxes, duties, and fees imposed by the customer's jurisdiction. HongKong Gaojinshi Limited may correct pricing errors before order fulfillment. Payment authorization must be valid before shipment.

Shipping and Delivery

HongKong Gaojinshi Limited ships clothing products to the address provided by the customer. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and destination. HongKong Gaojinshi Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, incorrect addresses, or events beyond reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds: Strict 14 days No-Reason Policy

Customers may request a return and refund for any reason within exactly 14 days after the delivery date recorded by the carrier. HongKong Gaojinshi Limited does not require a reason. The return window is strictly 14 days. Requests received after exactly 14 days after delivery are refused. This policy applies to clothing items purchased from crivblouse.com.

Return Conditions

Returned clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free from odors, stains, and alterations. Returned items must include original tags and packaging. Customers must obtain a return authorization from HongKong Gaojinshi Limited before sending any item. HongKong Gaojinshi Limited may reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Processing Timeline

Refund processing begins after HongKong Gaojinshi Limited receives the returned clothing item and confirms that the item meets the return conditions. Refund processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days. This period is a minimum and may be longer based on payment provider and financial institution requirements. Customers must allow at least 14 days for refund processing and arrival to the customer's account.

PayPal Refunds

PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Customers must allow the full 30 days in those regions. HongKong Gaojinshi Limited provides refund confirmation to the payment provider, but HongKong Gaojinshi Limited does not control the final posting time in the customer's PayPal account.

Damaged or Defective Items

Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. Claims must include the order number, clear photographs of the damage or defect, and a written description. Customers must retain the damaged or defective item and original packaging. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt are not accepted. HongKong Gaojinshi Limited will review valid claims and provide a replacement, repair, or refund under these Terms of Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, HongKong Gaojinshi Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of crivblouse.com or purchase of clothing products. HongKong Gaojinshi Limited total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Hong Kong law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or the use of crivblouse.com is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. Customers agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

HongKong Gaojinshi Limited may change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes apply when posted on crivblouse.com. Customers must review these Terms of Service before each purchase. Continued use of crivblouse.com after changes are posted means customers accept the changed Terms of Service.
