Customers may request a refund for any clothing item within 14 days after receipt without providing a reason. This strict 14 days no-reason refund policy applies to eligible items. To qualify, the customer must contact Ka Ki Limited at [email protected] within 14 days after receipt and follow return instructions. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging. Final sale items, intimate apparel, and personalized clothing are not eligible unless required by applicable law. The customer bears return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Ka Ki Limited may refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet these conditions.
After Ka Ki Limited approves a refund, refund processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days. This period begins when Ka Ki Limited receives and inspects the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing, card network delays, and financial institution procedures may extend the arrival time beyond 14 days. The customer must monitor the original payment account for the refund.
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days after Ka Ki Limited approves the refund. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Customers using PayPal must allow at least 14 days for the refund to process and appear. If local law requires a longer period, the PayPal refund may take up to 30 days. Ka Ki Limited does not control PayPal internal processing times.
